Calhoun County jobless rate falls in March

The unemployment rate in Calhoun County has continued to drop, according to Michigan's Bureau of Labor Market Information. The monthly report for March, released Thursday said the county's jobless rate was 6.8 percent. That's down from 7.3 percent in February, 7.4 percent in January and 8.0 percent in March 2012.

Four attorneys plan to seek open Calhoun County judgeship
