It's the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/127122630666973/">TOAD Bicycle Cooperative</a> in the Vine neighborhood where rusty chains and broken frames are dragged in and functional bikes glide out.</p><p></p><p><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Sean Cleary helped start TOAD three years ago. That’s a luxury many people in other countries don’t have. But organizers of the annual “Walk for Water” at Western Michigan University hope to change that one village at a time.
