Bolger Proposes Road Repair Funding Plan

Statehouse Speaker Jase Bolger has proposed a plan for how the state could raise badly needed road maintenance and repair funds.

Gongwer News Service reports that the greatest amount of money would come from sales and use taxes that are already in place. Bolger says those sources could yield $450 million for roads by next year.

Artist of the Month: Ellen Nelson Turns Shoes, Bugs, Animals into Collage Art
