Fretwork to present Elizabethan age concert

The viol ensemble Fretwork, on a rare tour to the Midwest, is celebrating the music of John Dowland, songwriter, lutenist, and one of the the greatest composers of the Elizabethan age. 

Founding member Richard Boothby tells Cara Lieurance about the composer's personality and his travels and travails across the continent in the 16th century.
