KALAMAZOO, MI -- Kalamazoo County is one of 20 communities picked by the Lumina Foundation to participate in a nationwide project to dramatically boost completion of post-secondary programs. The goal: By 2025, have 60 percent of local residents hold a college degree or post-secondary certificate.
