Snyder signs bill that could lead to wolf hunt in Upper Peninsula

KALAMAZOO, MI -- Joyce Parker, emergency manager in Allen Park, Mich., has withdrawn her candidacy for the Kalamazoo city manager job. Parker said in an email late Wednesday afternoon to MLive/Kalamazoo Gazette that she had withdrawn her name from consideration for the position.
