BATTLE CREEK, MI -- Chris Wahmhoff, the Kalamazoo man who protested inside an Enbridge oil pipeline last year, will face trial. The case was ordered back to Calhoun County Circuit Court for trial after a Michigan Appeals Court judge reversed the decision by Circuit Judge James Kingsley to dismiss a resisting and obstructing police charge.
