Albion College seeks a new president

Albion College

Albion College is looking for a new president. Donna Randall, who has the job now, says she’ll step down at the end of June but will stay on as the college’s chancellor for one year after that.

Randall has been Albion’s president for six years and was the first woman to hold the position.

College officials say they’ve begun a national search for its 16th president. Albion’s board says it will name an interim president early this summer.

As chancellor, Randall says she will continue her college blog on the Huffington Post. She also plans to be involved in raising money needed to renovate Albion's library and athletic complex.
