The city of Bangor’s Treasurer has been placed on administrative leave, but it’s not clear why. Lisa Imus tells the Saint Joseph-Benton Harbor Herald-Palladium that she was told that she will be on leave until the end of her contract in May.
But Imus said she could not comment further, and Interim City Manager Regina Hoover also would not comment. It’s the second time in recent months that a Bangor administrator has been placed on leave. In November, the city council voted to place then city manager Ryan Fellows on leave. Fellows and the city parted ways after agreeing on a financial settlement.
