Bolger says he wants action on no-fault insurance reform

WMUK

State House Speaker Jase Bolger says he thinks reform of Michigan's no-fault auto insurance system could happen by the end of the year.

Bolger told the Gongwer News Service (subscription required) that changes would likely be made to proposed legislation currently in a state House Committee. But the Marshall Republican says reform is needed. Bolger says Michigan currently has the best auto insurance coverage in the nation, but also the most expensive.
