Are you headed to downtown Kalamazoo today? You will need to take an alternate route if you planned to use the following streets:
- Forest Street, bet. Park & Rose streets
- Park Street, bet. Crosstown Parkway & Forest Street
- Crosstown Parkway, bet. Rose & Park streets
- Dutton Street, bet. Portage & Jasper streets
The roads were shut down Monday due to flooding. As of this morning (5/15), they were still closed, the City of Kalamazoo said. Officials advise motorists to avoid these streets and any others where flooding is visible.
