Legislation to allow Medical Marijuana dispensaries and edible marijuana products were approved by the House in December.
The bills have been stalled in the state Senate. But the House sponsor Mike Callton, whose district includes Barry County, tells the Gongwer News Service that he is confident the bills will pass this year. But he expects some changes. Senate Majority Leader Randy Richardville could not be reached for comment.
