Kalamazoo College sports teams will be able to participate in post-season competition despite the NCAA denying its appeal of an earlier ruling.
The athletic association had sanctioned the Hornets’ athletic program earlier this year for using a system that considered athletic participation while calculating aid for student-athletes.
In a message to the campus, Kalamazoo College President Jorge Gonzalez says that since the school has changed how it comes up with student financial aid packages, all K-College teams are eligible for post-season play.
