A proposed redevelopment of the former paper mill in Vicksburg. Pilots from Michigan and Texas lead the hot air balloon championships in Battle Creek. Records show judges were pressured to keep quiet about problems with Michigan's unemployment agency. 

Pilots from Texas and Michigan have the lead after Sunday’s hot air balloon championship at the Battle Creek Field of Flight. Shawn Raya of Oxford leads the field with 29-hundred-74 of a possible three-thousand points. Christopher Cliver of Lewisville, Texas is second, his son Harold “Bubba” Cliver is fourth. A proposed 50-million dollar development would bring a brewery, restaurant and retail center to the site of a former Paper Mill in Vicksburg. Work on the proposed project called “the Mill” could begin next summer. (Kalamazoo Gazette)

Michigan’s Administrative Law Judges were pressured not to criticize the state’s Unemployment Insurance Agency that falsely accused people of unemployment insurance fraud.
