Two new Trustees appointed to WMU Board

Governor Snyder has appointed two new trustees to serve on Western Michigan University’s Board of Trustees. Michelle Crumm of Ann Arbor and Ron Hall of Detroit will begin their eight year terms on the board January first. Crumm is from Ann Arbor and is CEO of Present Value LLC. 

Hall is from Detroit and is CEO of two automotive supply companies. Hall earned his bachelor’s degree from WMU.

Crumm and Hall replace Dennis Archer and Larry Tolbert, whose terms on Western’s Board of Trustees expire at the end of the year.

Gordon Evans became WMUK's Content Director in 2019 after more than 20 years as an anchor, host and reporter. A 1990 graduate of Michigan State, he began work at WMUK in 1996.
