On WestSouthwest, Earlene McMichael speaks with Anita Hill, who came into the public spotlight when she accused  Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment during his confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court. And Gordon Evans talks with professor and author Doris Bergen who will discuss the Holocaust Thursday night at Kalamazoo College

Anita Hill came to Kalamazoo as part of the "Raise Your Voice" lecture series sponsored by Western Michigan University. After speaking at Chenery Auditorium Monday night, Hill sat down with Earlene McMichael to discuss sexual assault on college campuses, gender issues and more. 

University of Toronto Professor Doris Bergen is the author of War and Genocide, a Concise History of the Holocaust. She speaks at Kalamazoo College on Thursday night. Bergen spoke with WMUK's Gordon Evans about her research on the causes and legacy of the Holocaust. 

Gordon Evans became WMUK's Content Director in 2019 after more than 20 years as an anchor, host and reporter. A 1990 graduate of Michigan State, he began work at WMUK in 1996.
