WestSouthwest: Book explores seeking major gifts
John Greenhoe has spent 15 years in fundraising, but never found a good book on identifying and qualifying major donors. So he decided to write one.
Greenhoe's book is called Opening the Door to Major Gifts, Mastering the Discovery Call. Greenhoe says raising money from major donors is a specialized field, and an important one for non-profit groups and charitable organizations.
Having published his first book, Greenhoe says he has more to say on fundraising. He says another book is possible.
