On this edition of WestSouthwest, State Representative Aaron Miller on the budget, taxes, road funding and more. And Michigan Immigrant Rights Center Attorney Susan Reed discusses immigration reform.

Republican Aaron Miller was elected in November to represent the 59th state House District. It includes St. Joseph and part of Cass County. Miller sat down with WMUK's Gordon Evans to discuss a range of issues before the state Legislature.

Immigration is at the center of political and legal battles right now. Michigan Immigrant Rights Center Attorney Susan Reed says that has created more confusion over what was already a process filled with uncertainty.

Gordon Evans became WMUK's Content Director in 2019 after more than 20 years as an anchor, host and reporter. A 1990 graduate of Michigan State, he began work at WMUK in 1996.
