Gongwer News Service Publisher John Lindstrom reflects on the major change from last year when Snyder addressed the Legislature fresh off a re-election victory. The governor's name was being mentioned as a candidate for President. But Lindstrom says the water crisis in Flint has caused a dramatic change in how people perceive Snyder. Lindsrom says the change from one year to the next is something he can't recall in nearly 40 years of covering state government and politics.
