On WestSouthwest, the link between health and income inequality. And a new video revisits the massive oil spill on the Kalamazoo River in 2010. 

Dr. David Ansell says affordability and quality of health care is a key in different health outcomes for white people and minorities. Ansell will discuss his experience in Chicago when he speaks in Kalamazoo on June 6th. Ansell also spoke with WMUK's Earlene McMichael. 

The National Wildlife Federation has released a new video on the 2010 pipeline rupture near Marshall that poured at least 800,000 gallons of crude oil into the Kalamazoo River. Pipeline Specialist Beth Wallace says a similar spill into the Great Lakes would be a "Flint sized disaster."
