On WestSouthwest, Kalamazoo Strong focuses on the families of bicyclists killed and injured  June 7th. And Bridge examines the impact of repealing Michigan's motorcycle helmet law four years ago.

Kalamazoo Strong was launched after the February shooting spree that left six people dead and two seriously injured. Business and Finance Director Rachel Kaiser says the non-profit group is focusing on the June 7th crash involving bicyclists north of Kalamazoo. She says they plan to continue other long-term efforts.

Governor Rick Snyder signed legislation four years ago that repealed Michigan's law requiring motorcyclists to wear a helmet. Ted Roelofs joins us to discuss his article for Bridge Live Free and Die: Michigan's Motorcycle Helmet Law Four Years Later.
