On WestSouthwest, an interview with the new head of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kalamazoo. And the author of a book about the late former Attorney General Elliot Richardson.

Chris Harris-Wimsatt says the Boys and Girls Club in his hometown of Raleigh, North Carolina "saved my life." Now he's the head of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kalamazoo. Harris-Wimsatt sits down with Earlene McMichael to discuss the club and how he came to become its leader.

When Tom Vance was a reporter for the Western Herald in 1976, he covered an event where Elliot Richardson spoke. Vance admired Richardson for his service, including his time as Attorney General during the Watergate scandal. Vance ended up writing a book about Richardson that was published in 2000. Near the 45th anniversary of the break in that led to Watergate, Vance joins us to discuss his book, Elliot Richardson and parallels to the current investigation.
