The Upjohn Institute for Employment Research has launched a new Promise Database to evaluate college scholarship programs. Upjohn Institute Research Fellow Michelle Miller-Adams, who is also a Political Science Professor at Grand Valley State University, joined WMUK's Gordon Evans. They discussed the new database, the growth of programs to make college affordable and the evolution of research on the Kalamazoo Promise.
Gordon Evans became WMUK's Content Director in 2019 after more than 20 years as an anchor, host and reporter. A 1990 graduate of Michigan State, he began work at WMUK in 1996.
