On WestSouthwest, the Secretary of State running for re-election and a Libertarian candidate for state House.

  

Republican Secretary of State Ruth Johnson is seeking another four years. Johnson says there are a number of pilot projects she would like to see through if she wins a second term.

Michael Stampfler's experience is largely as a city manager, including 20 years in Portage. Now he is running for state House as a Libertarian in the 61st district, which includes the city of Portage and surrounding townships. 

Gordon Evans became WMUK's Content Director in 2019 after more than 20 years as an anchor, host and reporter. A 1990 graduate of Michigan State, he began work at WMUK in 1996.
