On WestSouthwest, Mylan's hostile takeover attempt of Perrigo. And Borgess' injury prevention specialist discusses preventing falls and improving balance. 

Perrigo shareholders are considering an offer from Mylan as part of a hostile takeover attempt. David Flanagan, a Management Professor in Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business, tells us how the bad blood between the two companies could complicate a merger - if it happens.

Falling is one the leading causes of injury for older Americans. Borgess Injury Prevention Specialist Megyn Gose tells us that the risk of a fall can be reduced. And she says balance can be improved and the fear of falling can be overcome.
