WMU names new Fine Arts Dean

Western Michigan University

Western Michigan University has named a new Dean to lead its College of Fine Arts. 

The university announced in a news release today that Daniel Guyette, current Dean of Fine Arts at Western Washington University will take over August 15th. 

Guyette replaces Margaret Merrion, who has been dean of the college for the past 13 years. Guyette's appointment still needs to be approved by Western's Board of Trustees.
