ALAMO TOWNSHIP, MI Multiple Alamo Township resident expressed outrage at a special meeting Thursday to discuss a lewd conduct complaint against supervisor Lou Conti, with some even calling for his immediate resignation. The board spent more than an hour in closed session discussing the complaint with the township attorney, John Lohrstorfer, before re-opening the meeting for discussion and public comment.

ALAMO TOWNSHIP -- There will be no new noise ordinance on the books in Alamo Township. The township's Board of Trustees took a room of more than 60 people by surprise at its meeting Monday night when it voted to abandon a proposed noise ordinance.
