DECATUR, MI – Melissa Stamp, co-owner of bankrupt Stamp Farms, is facing prison time for her role in hiding money from a federal bankruptcy court, according to court documents. A pre-sentence investigation report calculated Stamp's sentencing guideline range for her bankruptcy fraud conviction at 41 months to 51 months in a federal penitentiary, according to a motion filed last week by her attorney in U.S. District Court in Grand Rapids.
