PORTAGE, MI - Summit Polymers is requesting a tax break from the city of Portage for a $5.69 million expansion that could create 23 new jobs. The company at 4750 Executive Drive is asking for a Public Act 198 tax break for building improvements that include a 55,000 square-foot addition on the south side of its plant.
