Utilities in Michigan could use more renewable energy

Utilities in the state could use as 30 percent renewable energy sources by 2035.
LANSING - Michigan utilities could achieve renewable energy standards as high as 30 percent by 2035, according to a new report from the state. State regulators are exploring what to do once Michigan utilities meet the current requirement of 10 percent renewable energy by 2015. Gov.
