KALAMAZOO, MI -- With Southwest Michigan socked by almost double the average amount of snow this January -- as well as some of the coldest temperatures it's seen in 20 years -- the snow days have piled up along with the drifts.

KALAMAZOO, MI - Kalamazoo residents should avoid parking on city streets throughout the rest of the week as crews work to clear roads of snow. The city of Kalamazoo has announced a temporary traffic control order that goes into effect at 7 p.m. Tuesday and expires at 7 p.m. Saturday.
