Poll Shows Peters Leading Land in Race for U.S. Senate

Lead in text: 
Democrat's lead over Republican Terri Lynn Land is within survey's margin of error
A new poll has U.S. Rep Gary Peters, D-Bloomfield Hills, leading former Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land. If the election were held now, 39.7 percent of the people asked would vote for Peters and 36.7 percent for Land, according to a poll paid for by Lambert, Edwards & Associates and conducted by Denno Research.
