(MPRN-Lansing) The state Court of Appeals has struck down a rule that’s supposed to prevent bars and party stores from selling drug paraphernalia.

The drug company Cephalon will compensate the State of Michigan $3.4 million as part of a multi-state fraud settlement. Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette’s office made that announcement Friday.
