KALAMAZOO, MI - Kalamazoo Loaves & Fishes is seeing its highest demand ever for food assistance. And now, this month, recipients of state SNAP food assistance face their third benefits cut in a year. Food banks are expecting another spike in requests for help just as the holidays arrive.
