KALAMAZOO, MI - Starting Feb. 1, Southwest Michigan First will be under contract to administer service programs for the Kalamazoo Regional Chamber of Commerce. With Vice President Tim Terrentine as president of the Chamber, SWMF will oversee a relaunch of various Chamber programs, a spokesman for the Chamber said.
