Benton Harbor Recall Election Delayed

It'll be later this year, if at all, before Benton Harbor voters cast ballots for or against the recall of Mayor James Hightower. On Thursday, Berrien County Trial Court Judge John Dewane granted county Clerk Sharon Tyler's request for a preliminary injunction delaying the recall election, originally set for Tuesday.
