A grand jury will investigate a meningitis outbreak in Michigan linked to contaminated drugs. The Gongwer News Service reports that Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette got authority from the Michigan Court of Appeals to call a multi-county grand jury on Friday.

The case involves injection steroids sent to four facilities in Michigan from a Massachusetts company.
