Voters in the Kalamazoo Public School district will vote on a $62-million bond proposal on May 7th. It would pay for various improvements at several buildings in the district.

Rice says he wants people to see spending on education and support services as a moral issue to ensure all children have an equal opportunity in life.

Mackinac Center report had placed Rice third, but used outdated base salary.
