Michigan alcohol regulations

(MPRN-Lansing) The state Senate is considering legislation that would ease penalties for underage drinking in Michigan. 

(MPRN-Lansing) The sale or possession of powdered alcohol will soon be outlawed in Michigan, with exceptions for hospitals and researchers at universities. 

Public safety concerns were raised about the change

Governor Snyder supports bills to allow breweries to produce more each year

Proposed legislation would also allow liquor licenses to be transferred between contiguous counties.
