DOWAGIAC, MI - The owners of the Four Winds Casinos in Harford and New Buffalo announced Monday that they made nearly $35 million in contributions to the Southwest Michigan economy during 2012 - above and beyond annual payments they are required to make directly to the state and area municipalities.
