Lansing Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul is hiring a top Michigan Republican political strategist to help steer his national political action committee the precursor of a likely 2016 presidential campaign. Paul on Monday is expected to name John Yob national political director of RANDPAC, a political operation thats already establishing ties in early 2016 primary states and helping conservative Republicans get elected to public office.
