Voters in Portage will elect a mayor and three members to the City Council on November third. All of the candidates participated in a forum on Wednesday September 30th hosted by the Kalamazoo Gazette.

Council members say they will hold their first "committee of the whole" session to discuss issues at their meeting January 20.
