SOUTH HAVEN, MI -- After believing Tuesday that the 2015 Waterfront Film Festival had been canceled, the head of the South Haven/Van Buren County Convention & Visitors Bureau now says she is optimistic about the festival's future. The visitors bureau, which is headed by Lisa Shanley, on Wednesday issued a statement that the festival, slated for June 11-14, had been canceled. Festival co-founder Hopwood DePree said that was incorrect.
