Albion City Council Approves Liquor License for Theater

State Schools Superintendent Says Charter Schools Will Get More Scrutiny

KALAMAZOO, MI -- More than 4,000 Consumers Energy customers in Kalamazoo and Portage are without power Monday morning according to the Consumer's Energy outage map. The utility reports 3.7 percent of its Kalamazoo County customers are affected. Traffic lights were out on South Westnedge Avenue in the area of Kilgore Road, drivers report.
