KALAMAZOO, MI - The Kalamazoo County Board of Commissioners appointed its second acting health officer in as many months at its meeting Tuesday night. Lynne Norman, the clinical services division manager for Kalamazoo County Health and Community Services who has been with the department since 1999, was appointed by the board to fill the vacancy left by the departure of former acting health officer Josh Jacobs.
