1% Raises Approved for Kalamazoo City Attorney, Clerk and Internal Auditor

KALAMAZOO, MI -- The Kalamazoo City Commission on Monday unanimously approved 1 percent raises and 1.5 percent lump-sum payments for the city attorney, clerk and internal auditor. The city's non-employee union group last received a lump-sum payment of 0.5% in October 2012 and a 1 percent raise effective January 2013, but city commission appointees were not included.
