KALAMAZOO, MI - The Kalamazoo City Commission adopted a resolution authorizing up to $100 million in bonds to manage the city's unfunded retiree health cost liability at its meeting Monday night. But that initial yes vote doesn't mean it is ready to go ahead and issue the bonds, several commissioners said.
