Lansing - Lawmakers gave final approval to $15.1 billion in spending on K-12 schools, community colleges and public universities in the 2013-14 fiscal year but will wait until next week to adopt the rest of a new roughly $49 billion state budget. That won't quite meet lawmakers' self-imposed June 1 deadline
