KALAMAZOO, MI - Thomas A. Cooley Law School's restructuring plan - which will include layoffs and a decision not to enroll any first year students at its Ann Arbor campus in the fall -- will not affect its affiliation with Western Michigan University, a WMU spokeswoman said Wednesday.
