Economists predict unemployment will go down significantly by 2015

By 2015 Michigan should reach job levels last seen before the 2008-2009 recession, economists announced Friday. But the state would still be just less than halfway back to job levels from the mid-2000s. University of Michigan economists offered an overall optimistic forecast for the Michigan and U.S.
